Terms & Conditions of Service

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the FirearmApp SA digital motivation generation terminal and compliance suite.

1. Introduction & Ownership

Welcome to FirearmApp SA, operated by Media375 (Pty) Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing our web application, or purchasing motivation drafting services, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Service Scope & Legal Nature

FirearmApp SA provides digital drafting tools, automated legal templates, and structured documentation assistance to help South African applicants prepare firearm licence motivation letters under the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000.

Legal Disclaimer

FirearmApp SA and Media375 (Pty) Ltd provide professional document preparation tools. We are not a law firm or a government agency, and our services do not constitute formal legal representation. The final decision to grant or refuse any firearm licence rests strictly with the Designated Firearms Officer (DFO) and the Registrar of Firearms at the South African Police Service (SAPS).

3. Accuracy of User Information

You warrant that all personal details, ID numbers, address credentials, serial numbers, competency certificates, and factual statements provided during application generation are complete, truthful, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information to the SAPS constitutes a criminal offense under Section 120 of the Firearms Control Act.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, UI designs, software code, template structures, trademarks, logos, and content contained within FirearmApp SA are the sole intellectual property of Media375 (Pty) Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated motivation documents for their personal firearm licence application only.

5. Fees & Payments

Service charges for motivation letter generation are billed in South African Rands (ZAR) via PayFast or approved direct EFT. All fees are clearly disclosed prior to payment confirmation. Delivery of generated documents occurs digitally upon payment authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Media375 (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or statutory damages, including licence application rejections by SAPS, delays in police processing, or technical interruptions beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
